Where is Los Poblanos? 
We are situated in the North Valley, on Rio Grande Boulevard, in the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. Please click here for detailed directions. 

Is the property open to the public? 
To ensure the privacy of our guests, Los Poblanos grounds are only open to the public for special events and festivals. Guided property tours are available by appointment only. Please call (505)344-9297 to schedule an appointment.. 

How do you grow Lavender? 
Please refer to our Lavender Farm section of the website for further details. 

Do you allow pets? 
Because of wildlife on the site, we cannot accept pets. We will gladly make boarding arrangements with a nearby kennel. 

Do you offer gift certificates? 
We offer gift certificates in any amount for room nights and items from our gift shop. Please call us to order a certificate. 

Do you have hypoallergenic bedding? 
We offer foam pillows, please let us know when booking or upon arrival so we can remove the feather pillows from your room. 

What is the Select Registry? 
The program represents nearly 400 of the "finest country inns, B&Bs, and unique small hotels" from California to Nova Scotia-the very best the travel industry has to offer. A quality assurance inspection is required of all inns before becoming accepted into the program.
