Our Cultural Center is a magnificent building of important architectural significance surrounded by six acres of lush formal gardens. From a small breakfast meeting to an extravagant black-tie affair, Los Poblanos has the versatility to make any event a memorable one.

True to its original purpose to be a platform for the arts, Los Poblanos continues to serve as a destination for creative retreats and workshops. In addition to hosting organizations dedicated to art, music, and literature, it is ideal for non-profit organizations, architecture and design firms, and groups focused on education, well-being and sustainability.

We specialize in custom-designed events such as elegant dining occasions, festive cocktail parties, ceremony occasions. The combination of the setting, our exceptional service, and our dedication to seasonally driven cuisine is unparalleled in New Mexico. 

Private Dining 
Los Poblanos offers a private dining experience in a non-restaurant environment normally only available to guests attending a meeting or event. Depending on our chefs' availability, it is possible to reserve an intimate dining experience ranging from multi course dinners to chef's tasting menus for up to 24 people. 

Culinary and Cultural Programming 
Our mission is to preserve the agricultural fields, formal gardens, and the important New Mexican art and architecture at Los Poblanos through sustainable practices. Each of you who visit Los Poblanos as a guest at the Inn, meeting or special event, plays an important role in achieving these goals. To further this vision, we create additional experiences for your group to experience culinary and cultural programming. "Field to Fork" events such as cooking classes, farm tours, and education on beekeeping, lavender and gardening can be arranged for your group. There is additional opportunity for cultural programming related to historic preservation and New Mexican art and architecture.
